Fitness Buddy
正在唤醒 AI 教练与今日训练看板… Waking up your AI coach & today's dashboard…
Invite-only preview · Powered by Gemini
Snap a meal, get a plan built around your body and schedule, and a coach that checks in every day.
Built with Google Cloud
No tedious manual entries, no cookie-cutter plans.
Snap a meal
Take a photo of a home-cooked dish or a restaurant meal. Gemini identifies each item and estimates portions; totals are computed in code, so the math always adds up.
Plans that adapt
Tell your coach your days, minutes, equipment and injuries. A workout planner drafts the week, a critic agent reviews it against your constraints, and you approve it before anything is saved.
Progress you can trust
A 7-day moving average smooths out daily weigh-ins. Calories, protein and training are tracked against your targets, using the same numbers your coach uses in chat.
A coach that checks in
Fitness Buddy remembers your goals, preferences and past sessions. Open the app and it starts with what matters today: your workout, a protein gap, or a weigh-in.
Up and running in about two minutes.
One tap with your Google account. The preview is invite-only.
Basics, goal, training setup and food preferences. Your coach turns them into daily targets.
Log meals from a photo, follow your plan, and ask your coach anything.
Safety by design
Layered checks from the first message to every saved change.
Plans, calorie targets and deletions are saved only after you confirm.
Calorie floors (1,200 kcal women / 1,500 kcal men), max ~1% body weight loss per week, and red-flag symptoms routed to a doctor.
Model Armor screens inputs and outputs, including text inside photos.
PII is redacted before storage, and each account's data is isolated.
Setup takes about two minutes. The preview is invite-only.
